For our Headquarter in Neu-Isenburg, near Frankfurt,
we’re looking for a Senior Fashion Designer who lives and breathes streetwear culture and brings deep experience from recognized global or niche streetwear brands. You'll take the lead on developing our Better Mainline collection, which merges Alpha Industries’ heritage roots with Gen Z - forward streetwear silhouettes and premium material execution.
This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you’ll shape one of our most design-driven tiers and collaborate closely with the Design Director to evolve our seasonal product language.
Your mission
  • Own and drive the full seasonal design process: concept, sketching, tech packs, fittings, and final approval
  • Develop a relevant and modern design language rooted in military DNA, streetwear history, and contemporary subculture
  • Lead design for core streetwear categories (outerwear, fleece, jersey, trousers, accessories)
  • Research and translate cultural references, art, graphics, and utility wear into cohesive collections
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Design Teamlead, Product Development, Merchandising, and Production
  • Present collections to internal stakeholders with confidence and clear storytelling
  • Maintain quality, consistency, and innovation across silhouettes and trims
Your profile
  • 6+ years’ experience at renowned streetwear brands 
  • Strong understanding of fabrication, fit, and trims in the context of streetwear and utility wear
  • Exceptional skills in sketching, digital rendering, CAD/Illustrator, and tech pack creation
  • Deep cultural fluency in streetwear, music, youth subcultures, vintage military and workwear
  • High attention to detail with a bold and original design point of view
  • Excellent communication skills, both visual and verbal
  • Fluent in English and German
Bonus Points
  • Experience in multi-tiered brand structures or capsule collections
  • Exposure to European and Asian production processes
  • Background in styling, trend forecasting, or creative direction is a plus

suchen wir einen Senior Fashion Designer, der die Streetwear-Kultur lebt und atmet und über fundierte Erfahrungen bei anerkannten globalen oder Nischen-Streetwear-Marken verfügt. Du übernimmst die Leitung der Entwicklung unserer Better Mainline-Kollektion, die die traditionellen Wurzeln von Alpha Industries mit gen Z-orientierten Streetwear-Silhouetten und hochwertigen Materialien verbindet.
In dieser einflussreichen, praxisorientierten Position gestaltest Du eines unserer designorientiertesten Sortimente und arbeitest eng mit dem Design Director zusammen, um unsere saisonale Produktsprache weiterzuentwickeln.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Du verantwortest und leitest den gesamten saisonalen Designprozesses: Konzept, Skizzen, Tech-Packs, Anproben und endgültige Freigabe
  • Du entwickelst eine relevante und moderne Designsprache, die auf militärischer DNA, Streetwear-Geschichte und zeitgenössischer Subkultur basiert
  • Du leitest leitest das Design für die wichtigsten Streetwear-Kategorien (Oberbekleidung, Fleece, Jersey, Hosen, Accessoires)
  • Du recherchierst kulturelle Referenzen, Kunst, Grafiken und Utility-Wear und übersetzt diese in stimmige Kollektionen
  • Du arbeitest funktionsübergreifend mit dem Design-Teamlead, der Produktentwicklung, dem Merchandising und der Produktion zusammen
  • Du präsentierst Kollektionen an interne Stakeholder mit Selbstvertrauen und klarem Storytelling
  • Du gewährleistest Qualität, Konsistenz und Innovation bei allen Silhouetten und Details
Dein Profil
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung bei renommierten Streetwear-Marken
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Herstellung, Passform und Trims im Zusammenhang mit Streetwear und Utility Wear
  • Außergewöhnliche Fähigkeiten in den Bereichen Skizzieren, digitales Rendering, CAD/Illustrator und Erstellung von Tech-Packs
  • Tiefgreifende kulturelle Kenntnisse in den Bereichen Streetwear, Musik, Jugend-Subkulturen, Vintage-Militär- und Arbeitsbekleidung
  • Hohe Detailgenauigkeit mit einem mutigen und originellen Designansatz
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, sowohl visuell als auch verbal
  • Fließende Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse

    Bonuspunkte
  • Erfahrung mit mehrstufigen Markenstrukturen oder Kapselkollektionen
  • Kenntnisse der europäischen und asiatischen Produktionsprozesse
  • Hintergrund in den Bereichen Styling, Trendprognosen oder Kreativdirektion sind von Vorteil
