Be the first Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) for Alpha Industries in Germany and shape it from the start!

For our first flagship store in Germany, opening in July 2024 in the metropolis of Frankfurt, we are looking for you as Assistant Store Manager (m/f/d) and representative of our brand.

With your passionate sales talent and authentic presence, you will not only be responsible for the successful development of our store but also for creating a motivating work atmosphere.

Your mission

Deputy management of the store while considering key performance indicators
Supportive assortment and personnel management
Motivation and training of sales staff
As a fashion expert, you understand our customers' needs and provide high-level service and fashion advice
Ensuring and overseeing all store operational tasks such as cash transactions, deliveries, inventory, and visual merchandising

Your profile

Apprenticeship as a retail salesperson or comparable qualification
Professional experience in retail (preferably in the textile industry)
Proficiency in MS Office and adeptness with inventory management systems
A motivating, self-assured personality
Team spirit and a hands-on mentality
Strong sales affinity and structured work approach
Fluent in German and English

Für unseren ersten Flagship-Store in Deutschland, der im Juli 2024 in der Metropole Frankfurt eröffnet, suchen wir Dich als Assistant Store Manager (m/w/d) und Repräsentant unserer Marke.

Mit deinem leidenschaftlichen Verkaufstalent und deinem authentischen Auftreten bist Du nicht nur für die erfolgreiche Entwicklung unseres Stores, sondern auch für die Gestaltung einer motivierenden Arbeitsatmosphäre verantwortlich.

Deine Aufgaben

Stellvertretende Leitung des Stores unter betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen
Unterstützende Sortiments- und Personalsteuerung
Motivation und Schulung des Verkaufspersonals
Als Fashionexperte kennst Du die Bedürfnisse unserer Kunden und bietest hohen Service und Modeberatung
Sicherstellung und Überblick aller Store-operativen Aufgaben wie Kassenvorgänge, Lieferungen, Inventur sowie Visual Merchandising

Dein Profil

Ausbildung als Kaufmann/-frau im Einzelhandel oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Einzelhandel (vorzugsweise Textilbranche)
Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse sowie sicherer Umgang mit Warenwirtschaftssystemen
Eine motivierende, selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit
Teamfähigkeit und eine Hands-On Mentalität
Eine hohe Verkaufsaffinität sowie strukturierte Arbeitsweise
Fließende Deutsch- sowie Englischkenntnisse
